In February of 2004 Arts United of Washington presented the DC premiere of Ted Hughes' translation of Racine's Greek tragedy Phedre. Directed by Leighann Niles DeLorenzo with original choreography by Melissa Saint Amour accompanied by movements from Gustav Holst's The Planets, conducted by John Saint Amour .

Leighann Niles DeLorenzo expertly directed the show using fine levels of playing including floor action with beautiful balance throughout.
